Have you ever wondered why athletes look the way they do? Athletes don't train because they are trying look good, they train to play their sport at a higher, more competitive level and to reduce the risk of injury. It just happens that they adapt to that type of training and they end up looking athletic, healthy, and lean. Team sport athletes don't do long slow aerobic training nor do they ignore strength training. They run fast for a short burst then recover, they accelerate and decelerate, they strength train intelligently, and they take time to recover and regenerate. Let me ask you a question, which body would you rather have an elite marathoner or a sprinter?
As a collegiate Strength and Conditioning coach for the past 12 years, I have been developing strength and conditioning programs for both male and female athletes. I wanted to bring these same effective and scientifically backed training principles to individuals who have been misinformed about how to effectively lose body fat, gain muscle mass and stay healthy. It is for that reason I started Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp. If you want an athletic and healthy body and you want to feel young and energized, then this is the program you have been waiting for.
What is the Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp?
Pensacola boot camp is an exclusive women only, four-week long, one-hour a day, comprehensive fitness program encompassing exercise instruction, nutritional education, and team building. You will transform your body and mind in the small group, inspiring atmosphere.

How are we different?
Our methods of functional strength training and energy system development (conditioning) are unmatched by any outdoor fitness programs in the pensacola area. Coach Morgan's philosophy and training system have been developed through many years of experience professional growth. He is committed to your success and having FUN while achieving it. Nothing is done to "just keep you busy" for an hour. There is a purpose for everything you do and Coach Morgan will teach you what that purpose is and how to exicute every exercise correctly. Don't be fooled by other camps. Experience counts and you will see and feel the difference. As a final point, this program offers you the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours.
What if I am not physically fit?
Adventure Boot Camp is here to help you change that aspect of your life. During the camp, no one will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate and no matter what your age, fitness level, or ability, you will achieve great results. Kent is there to support, encourage, motivate, and ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Every day is designed to be different but there is a structure that is followed to insure a balance in all aspects of physical conditioning. Each week you will work to develop strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, power, balance and conditioning. It is a movement based program utilizing multi-joint movements to increase caloric expenditure during and after each workout.
Because regeneration and recovery are vital to the success of any program and to the health of each participant, joint mobility, flexibilty, and massage techniques are also built into the program. All conditioning drills are designed to increase your metabolism not only while you work out but throughout the rest of your day!
How often will we meet?
That depends on which option you decide to sign up for. The four-days per week is recommended for those looking for optimal physical changes such as loss of body fat and gains in strength and conditioning.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 10 pound dumbbells, any type of exercise mat, and a bottle of water. This and other equipment such as resistance bands, foam rollers, medicine balls etc... can be purchased through this site. You may also purchase your equipment at any wal-mart, target, or Academy.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before most of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (Investment)?
A great coach once said "You only get one body". Many people take care of their vehicle's and other items better than they take care of themselves. The question to ask is; how important is your health to you? Investing in your health and well-being is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, your family and your friends. Going to a gym and hiring a personal trainer will end up costing you a lot of money. Personal trainers can cost up to $75 per workout! With Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp, you are getting a veteran and experienced coach that is truly committed to your success for less than $15 dollars per workout!
What Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp is not:
A militaristic style format where you will be humiliated nor is it a competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities.
