What is the Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp?
Pensacola boot camp is an exclusive women only, four-week long, one-hour a day, comprehensive fitness program encompassing exercise instruction, nutritional education, and team building. You will transform your body and mind in the small group, inspiring atmosphere! Results guaranteed!

How are we different?
Our methods of functional strength training and energy system development (conditioning) are unmatched by any outdoor fitness programs in the area. Coach Morgan's philosophy has been developed through 13 years of experience with working to keep collegiate and professional athletes' body's healthy, lean, and strong for optimal performance. Above and beyond his training, he is committed to your success and having FUN while achieving it. Nothing is done to "just keep you busy" for an hour. There is a purpose for everything you do and Coach Morgan will teach you what that purpose is. As a final point, this program offers you the opportunity to meet new friends whose health and fitness goals are similar to yours.
What if I am not physically fit?
Adventure Boot Camp is here to help you change that aspect of your life. During the camp, NO ONE will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate and no matter what your age, fitness level, or ability, you will achieve great results. Kent is there to support, encourage, motivate, and ensure that everyone feels they are a part of the team.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Every day is designed to be different but there is a structure that is followed to insure all aspects of physical conditioning is included every week. Each week you will work to develop strength, stability, mobility, flexibility, power, balance and conditioning. The exercises are multi-joint and movement based. All primal movement patterns are covered such as upper body pushing, upper body pulling, squatting, stepping, and lunging. Also covered each week are mobility drills and massage techniques such as foam rolling and tennis ball rolling to help your muscles recover and to increase flexibility. All conditioning drills are designed to increase your metabolism through shorter distance interval conditioning which is found to be far more effective than traditional long, slow distance runnning. The idea is to use the right tools for the job. Want to burn fat? Train like an athlete.
How often will we meet?
That depends on which option you decide to sign up for. The four-days per week is recommended for those looking for optimal physical changes such as loss of body fat and gains in strength and conditioning.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 10 pound dumbbells, any type of exercise mat, and a bottle of water. This and other equipment such as resistance bands, foam rollers, medicine balls etc... can be purchased through this site. You may also purchase your equipment at any wal-mart, target, or Academy. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter. Dress in layers and even if it is chilly don’t worry you will get warm very fast! And always bring a good attitude!

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before most of the world has even gotten started!
What is the cost (Investment)?
It is important to know the benefits of any investment. Investing in your health and well-being is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, your family and your friends. Going to a gym and hiring a personal trainer will end up costing you a lot of money and most personal trainers don't have the knowledge or experience you deserve. Personal trainers can cost up to $75 per workout! With this fitness boot camp, you are getting a veteran and experienced coach that is truly committed to your success for less than $15 dollars per workout! You truly cannot put a price on your health, self esteem and the confidence you will gain from Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp.
What Pensacola Adventure Boot Camp is not:
A militaristic style format where you will be humiliated nor is it a competitive environment where you will be pushed beyond your abilities.
