"At the beginning of August, 2009, I completed my 2nd Boot Camp. Since then, I have lost 20.5 pounds and lost 1-1/2 sizes in my clothes. It is truly AMAZING! I will be attending future boot camps because this is the first exercise program I have continued to enjoy and not get bored. At first, some of the exercises were very difficult for me, but Coach Morgan shows a modified version that fits anyone's fitness level. My strength, endurance and willpower have increased tremendously. Each workout is different and Coach Morgan does a great job at explaining each exercise. In addition, he has helped to push me beyond my comfort zone. At the end of each workout I felt motivated and I had a positive attitude. I had tried many other weight loss programs such as doctor and diet pills, joining a gym, going to a supervised weight loss center, and having a personal trainer to name a few. "Due to Coach Morgan's knowledge of functional anatomy and movement science, women of all ages and abilities were able to perform new routines without injury. Accommodations were made in a positive manner to allow for individual limitations. By providing routines that everyone could accomplish, although in different ranges, we all felt like athletes every session. I particularly like going from one exercise to another, so that I don't get bored or too tired to perform it again with good technique. I like that every day is different!" "Over the years, I have had a history of shoulder problems. I have a massage therapist that I have been visiting on a regular basis and after attending the last camp, I went in for my usual massage. I knew I had been feeling stronger and that my shoulders were feeling better, all of which I attribute to attending your camp. During the massage, my therapist asked me a lot of questions about the camp. When he was done, he said my shoulders are symmetrical for the first time AND the rotation in lower spine was straightening out. All of this is a direct result of your instructions and camp. You have guided me in doing each shoulder exercise to make sure I was doing it correctly and now I have proof that it worked.
